Notice is hereby given of proposed amendments to the fees contained in the Regulations to the Eastern Cape Liquor Act, 10 of 2003 – (2024 Regulations)
Members of the public, stakeholders, and interested parties are invited to submit written comments
on the proposed amendments within 30 days from the date of publication in the Provincial Government Gazette.
All comments must be submitted in writing. Any comments received after the 30-day period will not be considered.

Members of the public, stakeholders, and interested parties are invited to submit written comments on this White Paper on the Review of the Eastern Cape Development Corporation Act.
Inputs are sought to ensure that the proposed policy framework is comprehensive, inclusive, and reflective of the developmental needs and economic aspirations of the Eastern Cape.
All submissions will assist in shaping the final legislative reforms aimed at strengthening the ECDC as a modern, effective and accountable Provincial Development Finance Institution.
All comments must be submitted in writing.
