SMME FINANCE
The Eastern Cape Development Corporation offers short and long business finance to small to large enterprises. These finance services include a trade loan, contractor loan, small loan, commercial property finance or equity finance.
Short-term finance ranges from one month to 48 months for amounts of between R10,000 and R20 million.
Long-term finance ranges from five to seven years for amounts starting at R500,00 to R20 million.

SPECIALISED PROJECT FUNDING
The Eastern Cape Development Corporation recognises that business ideas need to be nurtured to become viable. It provides advice on how to go about establishing projects and consideration is given to funding various business-related studies in the form of business plans, feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.
ECDC supports investment in projects with the potential to achieve long-term capital appreciation through equity inspired investments in a diversified portfolio that create a business opportunity for ECDC.
